Anger, is it good or bad? Most would say bad, but anger is an emotion like any other emotion happiness, sadness, fear, etc. Anger just is and we all have been angry and probably had a pretty good reason to feel that way. Anger is also on a continuum from frustration to rage. The trick for most of us is addressing our frustration and irritation before it progresses to a more powerful form of the emotion. Anger gets a bad rap because of what happens when anger is not handled appropriately.
